  • WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY SUBMISSIONS TO BE COMPLETED AT SIGNING EVENTS?
    Books submitted for Signature Series signing events take some time to fulfill. We typically send all signing event submissions in bulk to the creator within one month after the cut-off date for each event (subject to change). Signing turn around times ary based on each creators schedule. Once signed, all submissions will be dropped off at CGC. CGC/s posted turnaround times will then begin. The actual completion / fulfillment date depends on CGC's turnaround times, which are subject to change. - If you order multiple signing event items, all items will ship together once all have been completed. - If you order multiple items in one order that include in-stock as well as pre-order items, all items will ship together once all have been completed. We post brief updates at the bottom of the "SIGNING OPPORTUNITIES & INFO" page as we receive them.   • WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
    Pre-order items take some time to fulfill. We typically sell CGC graded pre-orders, so the actual fulfillment date depends on CGC's turnaround times. - If you pre-ordered a signed item, there will be additional time added to fulfillment. - If you order multiple pre-order items in one order, all items will ship together once all have been completed. - If you ordered an in-stock item that's alrady been graded, your order will ship within 2 business days. - If you order multiple items in one order that include in-stock as well as pre-order items, all items will ship together once all have been completed.   • HOW CAN I SUBMIT TO CGC?
    Purchase the correct tier level on the "CGC Comics Grading" product page. You will receive an email with further instructions. In this email, we will ask some questions about the book(s) you're submitting to make sure you have selected the appropriate tier. You can also send us a message via the chat icon at the lower right hand corner of the page, or reach out via our "CONTACT" page. We can walk you through the submission process and answer any additional questions you may have.
  • WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR PRE-ORDERS?
    When you place an order for any item in our store, includng pre-orders, we charge your payment method immediately. Feel free to ask any additional questions you may have on the "CONTACT" page.
  • WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
    Due to the nature of the items we sell, we do not accept returns, cancelations or refunds. Please review our "SHIPPING & RETURNS" page for additional info.
